Our story
Pellings has come a long way from our modest beginnings as a building surveying practice established in 1977. Over the last 44 years, we have grown and become a major provider of integrated design, property and construction consultancy services.
Our success over the years can be attributed to a number of factors, such as our strong technical and creative expertise, highly professional staff and integrated service approach. However, at the heart of it all is our passion and commitment to supporting our clients in meeting their own challenges and delivering long-term value.
As part of our journey, we were acquired by the RSK Group in 2018, making Pellings LLP a wholly-owned subsidiary of the RSK Group. RSK is a national engineering, environmental and technical consultancy with over 6,000 staff and operating from over 75 offices throughout the UK. This means that we can offer significant added value to our clients as we can call upon the wider RSK resources to help us understand any site or environmental risks, resolving any property challenges our clients may be facing.
