Enfield Civic Centre

Enfield Civic Centre is located in a 40-year-old building in Enfield Town centre. Enfield Borough Council wanted to ensure the building remained fit for purpose in the medium to longer term and appointed Pellings to undertake a detailed schedule of condition with recommendations and costings for remedial works.
