Enfield Civic Centre
Enfield Civic Centre is located in a 40-year-old building in Enfield Town centre. Enfield Borough Council wanted to ensure the building remained fit for purpose in the medium to longer term and appointed Pellings to undertake a detailed schedule of condition with recommendations and costings for remedial works.
ESCC Schools programme
East Sussex County Council appointed us to deliver a planned maintenance and improvement programme to a number of schools, libraries and assets across the County as part of their Capital Maintenance Programme.
Farrow Court
Ashford Borough Council appointed Pellings to provide Clerk of Works and Employers Agent services to the re-development of Farrow Court, an extra care facility in Ashford.
Fellowship Inn
We supported the Fellowship in their successful application to the Heritage Lottery Fund for Development Phase Funding by creating detailed designs, cost plans and realistic business plans for an accessible mixed-leisure facility.
Northwood College
The Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) appointed Pellings to provide Building Surveying, Contract Administration and Principal Design services to the roof replacement and internal swimming pool upgrade project at Northwood College.
Project Malachi
The London Borough of Redbridge wanted to work in partnership with the Salvation Army to deliver Project Malachi, a circa 42 bed hostel intended to provide accommodation to support the homeless community, including those with no recourse to public funds.
Royal Borough Greenwich Sustainable Homes
The London Borough of Greenwich wanted to redevelop disused garage and brownfield sites across the borough to provide new Zero Carbon homes to the area.
St Clements
St Clement Danes Holborn Estate appointed Pellings to provide Architectural services to the St Clements Heights development in Sydenham to deliver 50 sheltered accommodation units and 46 homes for private rent and sale.
Westvale Park
The Surrey County Council initially appointed Pellings to carry in depth investigations on several school sites to establish the feasibility of developing a new 420 place Two Form Entry Primary School and Nursery, at the North West Horley Development Site.
Wheathampsted Fire Station and Library
Hertfordshire County Council appointed Pellings to provide multi-disciplinary services to the refurbishment and extension of the existing Fire Station to deliver a new modern library alongside improved fire station facilities, which formed part of the Council’s co-location programme.
