We are delighted to announce that we have been included amongst Building Magazine’s Top 150 Consultants 2019 at number 45. This sees Pellings move up from its previous position of 52 in 2018. The report takes into account staff information, annual UK fees and the number of offices for each consultancy firm, and therefore highlights Pellings’ growth – a testament to our commitment to providing quality, innovation and a high level of service to our clients.
To make it onto one of the construction industry’s biggest reports, we submitted a survey with questions relating to the number of chartered and technical staff, recruitment, wage patterns, margins, areas of work and work expectations, as well as domestic fees. From the 300 consultancy firms invited to contribute, 45th place is a great achievement.
“We are very pleased to see Pellings’ hard work recognised in the report and to be listed amongst our industry peers,” states Nigel Goddard, Partner and Head of Marketing & Business Development at Pellings. He continues, “It is really important that we continue to deliver for our customers and grow the company year-on-year. During 2019 we have recruited more staff as well as opened a new office in Brixton to undertake more projects and maintain the standards our clients expect.”
While the report raises concerns from consultancy firms about what the impact of Brexit could mean for the industry and staff, we remain positive. “For any business, in any industry, the impact of Brexit is unclear, however we are staying optimistic. Whatever the outcome, we will adapt to ensure Pellings continues to thrive with our dedicated, skilled team,” says Nigel.
