Projects
Ashford Dance Studio
The Kent County Council wanted to develop a greenfield site off Javelin Way in Ashford to provide a minimum of 29 commercial units, as well as an additional creative hub that could be used by various groups within the community.
Ashton Playing Fields
The London Borough of Redbridge needed a new home for multiple local sports teams and believed that members would benefit from the creation of a national level athletics venue.
Beckenham Church
Pellings provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to restore traditional features to Beckenham Methodist Church, whilst also constructing a new modern space to be used by the local community as a cafe/shared space.
