Royal Borough Greenwich Sustainable Homes
The London Borough of Greenwich wanted to redevelop disused garage and brownfield sites across the borough to provide new Zero Carbon homes to the area.
Project Malachi
The London Borough of Redbridge wanted to work in partnership with the Salvation Army to deliver Project Malachi, a circa 42 bed hostel intended to provide accommodation to support the homeless community, including those with no recourse to public funds.
Clapham Park
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing appointed Pellings in the winter of 2013 to provide multidisciplinary services to the B-sites phase of the Clapham Park development.
