Wantage Leisure Centre
Pellings was appointed by Vale of White Horse District Council to deliver a part Salix-funded decarbonisation project, developing the Council's successful funding proposal into a deliverable construction project as part of its wider leisure decarbonisation programme.
Watling View
Pellings was appointed by Hertfordshire County Council to manage the redevelopment of Watling View School's facilities, designed to support students with complex and profound learning difficulties, including severe autism and physical/mobility challenges.
Freemantles SEND School
Pellings was appointed to support the Freemantles School Expansion as part of Surrey County Council’s Schools Expansion Programme. Freemantles is a school for children with complex social communication needs, and the expansion was driven by the requirement to accommodate an additional 144 pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Tooting Bec Lido
On behalf of Wandsworth and Richmond Borough Councils, the project sought to improve the lido’s operational efficiency, elevate its standards, and enhance its aesthetic appeal, all while preserving its historic significance.
Royal Tower Lodge
This project focused on the top two storeys of the residential building, addressing the need to replace non-compliant façade materials and ensure compliance with the latest fire safety standards.
Meridian Water
Pellings has been working as the Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works for Sage Homes on the First Phase of the Meridian Water development, a major regeneration project in Enfield, North London.
Angel Wharf
Pellings partnered with Haus Block Management and contractor OCL to successfully complete the external cladding remediation at Angel Wharf, a residential development requiring critical safety upgrades.
Crown Wharf Cladding Remediation
Crown Wharf, a residential development in Stratford, required extensive cladding remediation work to meet current fire safety standards.
Camden Holmes Road Depot
The Holmes Road Depot, constructed in 1976, was in need of modernisation and refurbishment to better meet the evolving needs of the London Borough of Camden. Pellings was appointed to transform this aging facility into a more flexible, efficient, and modern workspace.
Enfield Civic Centre
Enfield Civic Centre is located in a 40-year-old building in Enfield Town centre. Enfield Borough Council wanted to ensure the building remained fit for purpose in the medium to longer term and appointed Pellings to undertake a detailed schedule of condition with recommendations and costings for remedial works.
Wheathampsted Fire Station and Library
Hertfordshire County Council appointed Pellings to provide multi-disciplinary services to the refurbishment and extension of the existing Fire Station to deliver a new modern library alongside improved fire station facilities, which formed part of the Council’s co-location programme.
Westvale Park
The Surrey County Council initially appointed Pellings to carry in depth investigations on several school sites to establish the feasibility of developing a new 420 place Two Form Entry Primary School and Nursery, at the North West Horley Development Site.
Clapham Park
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing appointed Pellings in the winter of 2013 to provide multidisciplinary services to the B-sites phase of the Clapham Park development.
Ashford Dance Studio
The Kent County Council wanted to develop a greenfield site off Javelin Way in Ashford to provide a minimum of 29 commercial units, as well as an additional creative hub that could be used by various groups within the community.
Beckenham Church
Pellings provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to restore traditional features to Beckenham Methodist Church, whilst also constructing a new modern space to be used by the local community as a cafe/shared space.
Ashton Playing Fields
The London Borough of Redbridge needed a new home for multiple local sports teams and believed that members would benefit from the creation of a national level athletics venue.
Bonney Court
Pellings were appointed by the West Kent Housing Association to provide architecture services, transforming the unused land into 26 high-quality one- and two-bedroom flats, and four three-bedroom family homes.
Collingwood Community Centre
Dover Discovery Centre
We were appointed as multidisciplinary design team to develop a number of feasibilities and provide concept designs to Dover Discovery Centre.
ESCC Schools programme
East Sussex County Council appointed us to deliver a planned maintenance and improvement programme to a number of schools, libraries and assets across the County as part of their Capital Maintenance Programme.
Farrow Court
Ashford Borough Council appointed Pellings to provide Clerk of Works and Employers Agent services to the re-development of Farrow Court, an extra care facility in Ashford.
