Pellings win national contract with Salvation Army HA

Pellings have been appointed as the sole Contract Administrator for the Salvation Army Housing Association's (SAHA) planned maintenance and capital investment programme over the next two years. Pellings will be assisting the association understand the value and condition of their housing stock, and then programme, prioritise and deliver the works to upgrade SAHA homes across England to meet the requirements of their residents.

SAHA is a national charitable Registered Provider specialising in providing supported accommodation for homeless individuals and families. Their aim is to help and support vulnerable groups in society and offer positive, stable independent living. The contract was awarded following a competitive tender process, where Pellings were able to demonstrate that we will offer value for money to SAHA on a national scale.
