Further appointment at RBK&C Town Hall

Following the successful completion of the third Floor refurbishment at Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea Town Hall, and subsequent appointment to Project Manage the refurbishment of the second floor which is currently on site and due to finish in September 2012; Pellings have now been appointed to Project Manage the third and final phase.

The third phase is the largest, comprising refurbishment of the first, ground and basement of the Grade II Listed building. The appointment confirms that this key client is pleased with the delivery and progress of the initial phases, and strengthens our track record of projects within high profile historic buildings.

Successful delivery of phase three will complete a SPACE programme for RBK&C which centres on maximising the efficiency of the office accommodation and associated facilities at the Town Hall, both in terms of space and running costs. Works on the final phase will commence on site in January 2013, with a view to the works being complete by early 2014.
