Project Restoration and reinstatement of residential Listed Building
Site London
Value £4m

Pellings were appointed as Architects for the restoration and conversion back to a single dwelling of a significant Grade II Listed Building.

This project extends to 15,000sqft over 6 storeys and incorporates a large roof terrace, basement pool and attached mews providing service accommodation and garaging.

Painstaking research of archive material held at the RIBA library enabled accurate reinstatement of the interiors.

The house, built in the mid 1880's is of substantial design in the Queen Anne style and George Devey who was commissioned by the Hon. Mrs Hunloke designed it as her private residence for the London summer season.

Lennox Gardens is reported to be the site of the first ever cricket match.
