Two RICS Awards Successes

Pellings are pleased to announce two successes at the prestigious London Regional RICS Awards which took place at the Greenwich Maritime Museum on Thursday 10th May. The Awards Celebrate the achievements of property professionals and how their skills help to develop, regenerate and conserve the environment in which they live and work.

The St Mary Magdalene C of E School in Woolwich, where Pellings acted as Lead Architect and Project Manager on the new 2FE school, was awarded Runner up spot in the Design and Innovation category. The category included 25 London buildings ranging from residential developments to large-scale shopping centres.

In addition, the Isis Education Centre, formerly known as the Look Out, was named overall winner in the Community Benefit category. Pellings were Executive Architects and interior designers on the project that transformed a former park warden office within Hyde Park into an education centre that welcomes several thousand school children each year on organised trips. The project again fought off strong competition from a wide variety of buildings across the Capital.

Neill Werner, Head of Architecture at Pellings LLP was delighted with how the evening went, "These awards celebrate the best of the best in our industry, and these achievements are a testament to the hard work and commitment of Pellings staff, our project partners and our clients."
